FUNDAMENTALS CLASS

A class to clean up the core aspects of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, brush up on details, correct any bad habits, and troubleshoot the basics. This is a gi class.

This class is instruction and drilling only.

WOMEN’S ONLY CLASS

Women's Only is a class designed for those who want to have a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu experience through a women’s perspective, with a basic introduction to the sport, self-defense techniques, and above all, have fun in a friendly learning environment.

This is a gi class.
